Spent two days in London earlier this week at RICS meetings. Lots of really good business discussed but we did manage to hop out and find time for a photo on the terrace.

As ever, when I'm walking around any built up area I keep my eyes peeled for benchmarks. I was therefore delighted to find a new one opposite the Houses of Parliament. I've been told there is a flush bracket in the base of the QEII tower (the one hosting Big Ben) but I've yet to see that one. I did, however, find a War Department block. I think I last saw a rash of these in Stirling.
